Teen/Adult Jiu Jitsu / Grappling

Jiu Jitsu is a martial art that focuses on grappling and ground fighting techniques. It involves using joint locks, chokes, and throws to immobilize or submit an opponent. Jiu Jitsu is a popular combat sport that is practiced by people of all ages and skill levels.

Jiu Jitsu classes for juniors/teens typically focus on developing basic techniques and principles of the art, such as how to perform a takedown, escape from a submission, and control an opponent on the ground. Students will also learn important self-defense skills and how to improve their physical fitness.

Jiu Jitsu classes for adults may vary in intensity and focus, depending on the level of experience of the students. Beginners will typically learn basic techniques and positions, while more advanced students may focus on more complex moves and strategies. Classes may also incorporate live sparring sessions to allow students to practice their skills in a safe and controlled environment.

Grappling classes are similar to Jiu Jitsu classes in that they focus on ground fighting techniques, but may also include elements of other grappling arts such as wrestling and judo. Grappling classes can be a great way to improve your overall physical fitness, build strength and endurance, and develop important self-defense skills.
